The Limited Warranty that comes with Renewal by Andersen windows are fully transferable and covers parts, labor and installation services. 

  • 20-Year limited warranty for glass – All insulating glass on Renewal by Andersen windows are guaranteed to be free from defects in materials, manufacturing and workmanship for 20 years starting from the original date of installation. Slight curves, minor scratches and other imperfections that don’t get in the way of structural rigidity are not covered.
  • 10-Year limited warranty on other components – All Fibrex® components on replacement windows are warranted not to rot, corrode, pit, crack, peel, blister, rust or flake under normal use for 10 years starting from the original date of installation. It’s crucial to note as well that proper maintenance is also important within this period. 
  • 2-Year limited warranty on installation – Installations carried out by authorized Renewal by Andersen installers are covered for two years starting from the date of installation. Should an installation-related problem arise within this period, the necessary remedies will be done at no charge to you.
