America’s Best Employers 2019: A New Milestone for Andersen®

Renewal By Andersen® of San Francisco, a reputable business with several years of experience in window installation, takes pride in being part of Andersen. In this article, we share more details about the company’s latest achievement and what it means for everyone who’s a part of the organization.

About the Ranking

Forbes and market research company, Statista, worked together to determine America’s Best Employers for 2019. A total of 50,000 Americans working for companies with at least 1,000 employees were asked to participate in the survey.

Respondents had to rate, on a scale of 0 to 10, how likely they would recommend their employer to others. They were also asked to evaluate other employers in their respective industries. Apart from these ratings, responses to 35 questions pertaining to salary, working conditions, company image and other work-related topics were also considered.

A First for the Company

This is the first time that Andersen Corporation has been included in the ranking for America’s Best Employers. It’s a new milestone that proves the company’s dedication not only in quality windows and window installation, but in providing an environment for their employees where they feel valued and respected.

In her statement, Karen Richard, senior vice president and chief human resources officer of Andersen Corporation, said the recognition means a lot to the company and its staff as it is “a direct reflection of the pride and dedication of our valued employees.”
