Renewal by Andersen is in the midst of it’s biggest sweepstakes ever! A $10,000 grand prize will be awarded to 4 different winners this year and we will be giving out prizes each week leading up to the big giveaway. The Renew Your Home Sweepstakes (the “Promotion”) is a series of four separate sweepstakes periods:

1. Period One commences on January 19, 2014 and ends on April 12, 2014 (“Promotion Period One”),
2. Period Two commences on April 13, 204 and ends on July 12, 2014 (“Promotion Period Two”)
3. Period Three commences on July 13, 2014 and ends on October 11, 2014 (“Promotion Period Three”)
4. Period Four commences on October 12, 2014 and ends on January 10, 2015 (“Promotion Period Four”).

Promotion Period One, Promotion Period Two, Promotion Period Three and Promotion Period Four shall collectively be referred to as the “Promotion Periods”.  These Official Rules shall serve as the official rules for each of these four separate Promotion Periods.  Each of the four Promotion Periods constitutes a separate pool of entries and are therefore separate promotions. All Promotion entries for a respective Promotion Period must be received prior to the end time and date specified for such Promotion Period stated above.  Entries submitted past the expiration of the respective Promotion Period will be accepted for the subsequent Promotion Period, so long as it is not Promotion Period Four.  If an entry is submitted past the expiration of Promotion Period Four, then the entry will not be accepted and will be destroyed.

The Promotion consists of a Grand Prize Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) and a weekly sweepstakes   (the “Weekly Sweepstakes”). A Grand Prize Sweepstakes will be awarded at the conclusion of each Promotion Period and a Weekly Sweepstakes will be awarded at the conclusion of each week of each Promotion Period. A promotional day (“day”) as defined in these official rules is from 12:00:01am EST to 11:59:59pm EST.

Exactly one (1) Grand Prizes will be awarded in connection with the Grand Prize Sweepstakes portion of the Promotion (“Grand Prize”) during each Promotion Period.  One (1) Grand Prize Winner (“Grand Prize Winner”) will be randomly drawn from among all eligible Entries received during that Promotion Period. Grand Prize winner will be selected by random drawing from among all eligible entries received.  Random drawing will  be held on or about the dates specified below:

1. Promotion Period One – April 12, 2014 (“Drawing Date One”)
2. Promotion Period Two – July 12, 2014 (“Drawing Date Two”)
3. Promotion Period Three   October 11, 2014 (“Drawing Date Three”)
4. Promotion Period Four – January 10, 2015 (“Drawing Date Four”).

Grand Prize includes one (1) voucher usable for Renewal by Andersen® products and accompanying installation awarded in the form of a Gift Certificate (terms and conditions apply).  Approximate Retail Value: $10,000.  Prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor’s sole discretion. The number of eligible entries received during each respective Promotion Period will determine the odds of winning a Grand Prize.   Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason.  Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use of the prize.

Total ARV of all Grand Prizes to be awarded in this Promotion is $40,000.
