Casement windows are a great window style for New Jersey homes. They are the most energy-efficient operable window style, and they look great on any home design. Let us give you a closer look at what these features are:

Renewal by Andersen® Casement Windows: Features and Benefits

Fibrex® Material Frames

Your home deserves casement window frames that are strong enough to allow a slim profile to maximize the glass area, as well as keep their shape for reliable operation throughout their life span. The frame also has to be made of a material that’s stable enough to resist changes due to temperature, easy to clean and maintain, and ultimately, looks good.

Our replacement windows are made with Fibrex material, a composite made from wood fibers and polymer. This exclusive material combines the strength of wood and the low maintenance properties of vinyl. It has been tested to resist warping and cracking from extreme temperature changes, and it comes in factory-applied finishes that will never require repainting. All our replacement window frames, including picture windows, are made with Fibrex material, and have inherent insulation that makes them some of the most energy-efficient window frames on the market.

High-Performance™ Low-E4® Glass

Glass is a naturally conductive material. This means that, under normal circumstances, a single-panel glass assembly would allow heat transfer, which could lead to heat loss during cold days, and heat gain during hot days, increasing energy consumption, and, ultimately, energy bills. Renewal by Andersen replacement windows are built with High-Performance Low-E4 glass as a standard. The dual-panel design eliminates contact between interior and exterior surfaces, minimizing heat transfer. It also features low emissivity (Low E) coatings that block harmful UV and infrared rays, as well as reduces water spotting by up to 99%, complementing the low-maintenance features of the Fibrex material frames.

TruScene® Insect Screens

If you want to let some fresh air in but want to keep leaves, debris and small bugs out of the house, you need insect screens. And with our exclusive TruScene insect screens, you will never want any other kind. The micro-fine stainless steel mesh is one-third the diameter of standard insect screen wire, which allows a mesh so fine, it’s nearly invisible.
