How to Use Your Warranty

To start your Renewal by Andersen Limited Warranty process, you may contact our sales representative to set an appointment. You may contact us through our Warranty Service Line at (800) 441-1109 or online at www.windowdoor.com. You may also go to our nearest showroom. After meeting with our representative, we will get back to you within two weeks to check your claim.

What We Need From You

The following are the required information to process your claim:

1. You need to identify the product or glass that is involved in your claim.

2. We will need you to provide the serial number of the damaged product. You may find it on a label on the top or side of your window frame.

3. We need you to completely tell us your experience, from window installation until the time you experienced any issues.

4. Please tell us if you made attempts to fix the issue before contacting us – this will help us help with your claim.

5. We need your contact information and the address of the defective product or glass for inspection.

Renewal by Andersen does not charge within the Limited Warranty period. After the coverage period, we can still offer service or maintenance with a charge. Your windows are under a fully transferable warranty that includes parts, labor and original installation services.
