Twenty (20) Year Limited Warranty for Glass

We also warranty that our glass will not experience any material obstruction of vision because premature window seal failure or manufacturing defects. If we find that our glass is defective, then we can either repair or replace the glass at no cost to you. The remainder of the warranty also protects this new glass.

Two (2) Year Limited Warranty on Installation

As an official Renewal by Andersen dealer, we also warranty your San Francisco window replacement. Rest assured that the workmanship and installation of your new door or window has coverage for two years. If your window or door fails to perform according to our standards of quality, we will bring it up to our strict specifications at no cost to you.

Ten (10) Year Limited Warranty for Components Other than Glass

Finally, we offer a 10-year warranty for our Fibrex® material frame and non-Fibrex material components of your window. We are confident that your window frame will not blister, rot, peel, crack, corrode, or pit for 10 years under normal use. We also warranty that our non-Fibrex material components are free from manufacturing, workmanship, and material defects for 10 years. If we find any defects in your frame or components, we will either replace or repair them at no cost to you.
