The Replacement Process

There is a lot of confusion surrounded around the period of time after you finally decide that it is an appropriate time for your windows to be replaced. Many people aren’t really sure exactly what goes into the actual process of replacing windows. Renewal by Andersen wants to clear the air about this confusion and let you know exactly what will happen.

To get the ball rolling, you will need to call or visit our showroom to schedule an appointment for one of our representatives to visit your home. Once our representative visits, explain your objective and requirements so they can give you the best possible window and door solution. Once you have placed your order, we want to make sure we get the order right for manufacturing so our installation manager will visit your home to re-measure each opening for size verification. About a week before the actual installation we will call you to schedule an installation date perfect for you. On that date, the installation technicians will arrive and start the install. The installation scheduling department will let you know in advance how long it should take. On the last day of the install, you will be asked to do a walk-through with the lead installer to make sure everything is exactly how you want it. Once the install is to your liking we will vacuum and wash your windows and the final balance will be given to the lead installer. After the installation, you will receive a follow-up call from one of our sales representative or customer service, once again checking for installation.

The replacement process is relatively painless and we want to make sure everything is perfect for you. We just want to make sure you know every aspect of the window replacement process.
