Renewal By Andersen President Joe Ronzino presents $10,000 check to Jonathan McCann of Sag Harbor, NY

The local Renewal by Andersen replacement window and door distributor for Long Island recently presented a check for $10,000 to a lucky Long Island customer in its Win Big Referral program. Renewal by Andersen customer Jonathan McCann was so pleased with his replacement window job that he referred a friend, which entered him in the drawing to win $10,000. Select Renewal by Andersen locations have now given away $150,000 in the program.

FARMINGDALE, NY — Renewal by Andersen of Long Island was pleased to present a $10,000 check to Jonathon McCann of Sag Harbor, NY as the 18th winner in its Win Big Referral program. To date, the program has paid out over $180,000 to satisfied customers who have referred their friends, family and neighbors.

“We’re delighted to present this check to Jonathan,” Renewal by Andersen of Long Island President Joe Ronzino said. “It’s immensely satisfying to have our past customers refer their friends and family to us for future work. It’s great confirmation that our customers love their new windows and they loved working with us and tells us we’re doing a good job.”

Winners are selected from among all customers of Renewal by Andersen locations in New York, New Jersey, New England, Philadelphia and Colorado who provide a referral that then purchases Renewal by Andersen replacement windows or patio doors. One customer is selected for every 100 new customers.

“I would recommend Renewal by Andersen of Long Island,” winner McCann said. “I have recommended them to a number of friends in this area and I know a number of them have gone ahead and used Renewal by Andersen as the company to install their windows. I’m very pleased with the product and I will continue to recommend them to people.”

McCann said he found out about winning the prize on ‘Giving Tuesday’, the day following Black Friday and Cyber Monday, which has become a touchstone for charitable giving, which, as president of the Southampton Animal Shelter Foundation, he found particularly appropriate.  “One of the calls that came in [on ‘Giving Tuesday’ was from Joe [Ronzino, president of Renewal by Andersen] telling me that I was the lucky winner of $10,000 and I thought that was very appropriate on ‘Giving Tuesday’. It’s a day I won’t forget. [Renewal by Andersen] is a company that is extremely well-run. I think that the product is a very valuable product and if I had to do it over again, I certainly would hire Renewal by Andersen.”
